PR News | On the Move: Orangetheory Fitness Names Lohr CMO.

Orangetheory Fitness names Kelly Lohr CMO. Lohr comes to Orangetheory from Freshly, the Nestle-owned prepared meal delivery subscription service, where she was chief growth officer. Before that, she was head of brand, marketing, customer insights and strategic partnerships for Amazon Go, the company’s chain of convenience stores. In her new position, Lohr will lead Orangetheory’s marketing strategy, playing a critical role in driving an evolved member experience, brand relevance and company growth. “Kelly has the perfect skill set of purpose-driven growth marketing, innovative thinking, brand progression and team building, and her wide breadth of experience and overall horsepower made her an obvious choice for this role,” said Orangetheory Fitness co-founder and CEO Dave Long.

Schwartz Media Strategies hired Bryna Winer as executive director. Winer joins the Miami-based firm from Ander & Co., where she was most recently a senior vice president, overseeing client service, media relations, crisis management and integrated marketing. She has managed integrated public relations for law firms, banks and real estate companies. SMS has also brought on Jen Le as account director and Ivana Agudo as a senior account executive.

Reform Alliancea non-profit organization dedicated to probation, parole and sentencing reform, appoints Kim Spitaleri as CMO. Spitaleri was most recently vice president, global consumer marketing, eCommerce & omnichannel at Tom Ford Beauty. She has also held senior marketing posts at MAC Cosmetics, Condé Nast and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. At Reform, Spitaleri will oversee the organisation’s recently established marketing division. She will create the long-term marketing plan, activations and brand innovation for Rreform. “Her leadership will be key to advancing our growth and impact,” said Reform CEO Robert Rooks.
